Move – minimize,maximize,exit – to the right side in Ubuntu /gui

This tutorial shows you how to move minimize,maximize,exit to the right side of window by working on gconf-editor
This is the second tutorial, because some people had problems by doing this this way: Click here

First the window looks like this:

so now the first step:

Hit: alt+F2 and type   >    gconf-editor
then go:   apps > metacity > general
then edit the ( button_layot ) by entering this ( :minimize,maximize,close )
